Donna joined the Forum staff in May of 2006. As a member of the Forum team, Donna is customer-focused, serving as a resource upon whom members and sponsors can rely for professional, timely, and accurate information. Donna manages all the Forum daily operations, program development, planning and logistics. She also facilitates one of the Forum peer groups.

Dale facilitates two of the Forum's peer groups and has led the Forum's Facilitation Training session for many years. Dale also oversees the Family Business Education certificate program which is a seven day course of study that will provides basic learning for the next generation of leaders.

Dale is a faculty member in the Management and Human Resources Team in the College of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He focuses on Human Resources Management.
