Butte des Morts Country Club, Appleton, WI
Presented by: Steve Utech & Melissa Borowicz, Utech Customized Organizational Development

You’ve worked hard to get where you are. As leaders we’re rewarded for finding solutions. Finding solutions can be fun and it makes us feel useful. The dilemma we face as leaders is how we balance getting results while simultaneously coaching and developing our team. As problems become more and more complex it’s critical that we give our employees the tools to think for themselves. Many times, providing solutions is a sure fire way to create a non-thinking culture and regress your employees development. Anti-Solution Leadership will challenge the way you look at people and put you in a position of realizing that sometimes “less is more”.
